A handsome site that can’t take a booking is a brochure.
Guests get a mood, then a dead end. The phone rings. The messages pile up. The table stays a rumour.
We design and build websites for restaurants, clinics, studios, and inns. The page, the brand, and the diary are one piece of work — so a guest can book without calling, and you stop renting your own demand.
Fourteen seats. One kitchen.
A counter for the evening. Dietary notes with the booking, not after it.
A sample of the diary, not a theme with the logo swapped.

Party size, duration, deposits, the words on the button. Designed with the same care as the hero — and clicked before we freeze the type.

Confirmations go out. Reminders go out. You can see what’s full before the service starts, not after the empty chair.

The usual alternative
Most “restaurant websites” introduce the restaurant and then hand you a phone number. The work is the part after the introduction.

Process
You always know what week it is. So do we.
01
A working session on how people actually book you. Where they drop. What the phone is still doing that a page should do. We leave with the rules, not a moodboard.
02
Sitemap, offer, and the diary: duration, deposits, who can be booked, what the confirmation says. You see the path before the visual design pretends it’s finished.
03
Design and engineering in the same week. You click a real booking on your phone. We revise twice with intent, not endlessly.
04
Launch, then a care month. We watch what fills and what bounces, and we change the thing that is actually in the way.
“We stopped screenshotting the menu into Instagram. Tuesday is full by Sunday night, and it’s our site — not a marketplace with our logo dropped on.”

OpenSignal is about four weeks. A Diary with booking is about eight. House runs closer to twelve when there are several locations. Priority can pull a fortnight off when the calendar allows — the estimator is the honest version of this sentence.
No. We have a way of building, not a theme we paint. You should not be able to swap your logo onto a competitor’s site and have it still make sense.
Yes, if you want that. Many clients would rather we keep the words and they keep the diary. Both are normal. The estimator prices editing as its own line, not a surprise.
If a tool is truly serving you, we integrate it and make the front door yours. If it is taxing the brand and the margin, we replace the guest-facing part and keep whatever has to stay in the back.
Marketplaces, logged-in products, and anyone shopping for the cheapest template. We build sites for businesses that sell time, tables, rooms, or visits. If you need a software product, we’ll say so.
The studio is in London. Clients are in the UK, Europe, and the US. Workshops happen on a call. The work happens in the browser, where your customers already are.
