The problem
The work was good and the profile looked like every other profile. Colour appointments were booked into lunch hours because the widget didn’t understand time. June was paying for the privilege.
What we did
Durations are the design. A cut is 75 minutes. Colour is an afternoon. The calendar refuses what won’t fit.
Clients choose a person. Chris doesn’t take colour. The interface doesn’t pretend otherwise.
Rebooking sits on the confirmation, not in a marketing email three weeks later.
After
The marketplace is still there for people who search inside it. The clients who already know June don’t have to.
