The problem
New patients could request an appointment. Returning ones called, because the site couldn’t tell the difference. Reception spent lunch moving people by an hour.
What we did
The first question is new or returning. The diaries behind it are not the same.
Intake travels with the confirmation, so the room doesn’t start with a clipboard.
Clifton, Southville, and the harbour clinic share a brand and not a calendar. Mixing them was the old bug.
