The problem
The clinical work was calm. The website was a stock photograph of a smile and a contact form. People who were already nervous didn’t fill it in.
What we did
Treatment pages answer the question someone actually has, in the order they have it. Cost bands are on the page. So is what happens in the first visit.
There is a path for anxious patients that doesn’t use the word journey. It says who will meet you, how long you’ll be there, and that you can stop.
New-patient slots are a real diary, capped, so the promise on the page is one the practice can keep.

The form is gone. The people who book already know what the first hour is.
